help needed with utility bills

OUR FAMILY HAS 6 FULL TIME MEMBERS AND ONE 10 YR OLD OVER FRIDAY THRU MONDAYS

WE HAVE RECENTLY BEEN AWARDED FOOD ASSISTANCE BUT FEAR FOR HELP WITH ELECTRIC AND PROPANE BILL.. BOTH TOTALLING ABOUT 2100 NOW... I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REFIANCING OUR HOME SO OUR MONTHLY DISABILITY INCOMES CAN STRETCH TO COVER MORE OF OUR BILLS

MY HUSHBAND HAS BEEN DECLARED LEGALLY BLIND BUT BECAUSE HE WAS INDEPENDANT TRUCKER AND COULD NOT AFFORD TO SEND MONEY TO SOC SEC HE IS NOT ELIABLE FOR HELP .. I AM ON DISABILITY DUE TO PTSD AS IS MY SON . HE ALSO HAS A LUMBAR SITUATION NO DOCTOR IS WILLING TO TOUCH.. THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO BRING THE MONEY NEEDED TO CATCH UP THSES BILLS .. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE GREAT
